Current Delivery Delays

With a renovation boom, demand for trades, international shipping delays and COVID restrictions, there is a much higher demand for renovation products and quick delivery. Because of this, supply of products and materials are limited.

We continue to deliver Nationwide, with no border restrictions on freight. Our couriers however, are experiencing higher than normal demand and therefore your order may experience delays.

Instant ship: Products with fast delivery. Dispatched from Sydney within 48 hours of receiving your order

Regular ship: Items that are kept in stock with our suppliers. Generally, a 5-10 business day delivery frame to most metro areas

Custom ship: Items that are made to order right here in Australia. These time frames vary depending on the individual product

Split delivery: Don’t need everything all at once? Not enough space to store your items? Leave it with us! Contact our team and we can arrange deliveries at different times. Please note additional shipping fees apply

Delivery Times:


Instant ship: Instant ship products are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order from our Sydney distribution centre and will generally be delivered the next or within a couple of days to most metro areas. We stock a wide range of the most popular products in our Sydney distribution centre

Please be advised Instant Ship products are at a limited quantity and this is displayed live on the product pages under the delivery calculator. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount or the stock is sold prior to you ordering, don’t worry – we have daily deliveries from all our suppliers and the product will be delivered by our Regular Ship service instead

If your order is partially an Instant Ship order and partially a Regular Ship or Custom Ship order, your order will ship at the longest period. If you would like your Instant Ship products sent first, please contact our customer service team

Custom ship: Items that are made to order in Australia, including most vanities and some Australian crafted tapware. These times vary so please check the individual product page delivery for an accurate estimate

Regular ship: Items that are kept in stock with our suppliers, we generally deliver these within 5 – 7 business days to most metro locations. If you need it faster, please contact us at as we usually can arrange this

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Standard Delivery Fees include a single delivery

Delivery fees are based on a single delivery only. Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee

Delivery Times

For an accurate delivery time estimate please refer to the shopping cart page after your postcode has been entered. Please note: if your cart has a mixture of items with Instant, Regular or Custom Ship times, we will send them in one delivery based on the longest product lead time. Please contact us at if you need split deliveries, which can be arranged for a fee

Remote Locations

Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case

Transit Damage

All our deliveries include insurance. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages as we cannot accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance

Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site


Authority to Leave

You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers

Instant Ship Items

Please be advised some Instant Ship products are at a limited quantity. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount, our team will contact you and send out what is currently available

Out of Stock Products

We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney distribution centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised we will call you ASAP after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time
